So if you see me acting strangely
Don't be surprised.
I'm just a man who needed someone
and somewhere to hide.... to keep me alive.
I am the modern man.
Who hides behind a mask
So noone else can see
my true identity.

Mike's knowledge and experience in the industry is among the best one will find. His ability to implement lasting maintainable solutions, as well as juggle multiple projects at once, makes him invaluable to any organization. Mike has nothing but my best recommendation.
When I asked Michael to architect a whole new system, he delivered. When Michael came to work with us over at MasterChannel, we wanted a senior level developer to help mold and architect what the technology stack was going to be for the future. I had previously worked very short term with Michael about 3 years prior to this time. I knew from my short time with him before how great of an asset he would be from a matter of programming talent. I also knew he could be effective communicating his knowledge of the subject matter to everyone on the team. For many reasons I was happy to have him join us. I am most impressed with his drive. Give this man a direction or a destination and Michael will get you there; taking the best possible route without compromising anything in terms of quality, scalability, or any technical debt. Any company would not only be lucky to have him, but also be made better as a whole with Michael on the team.
I have known Michael for more than three years while we worked together in the interactive department with Athlon Sports. Michael is a well-organized multi-tasker who was always willing to take on an extra project or assignment to help the department.
The initiatives that he implemented during his tenure were key to the growth of our department, and the creative ideas he presented on a daily basis kept our team focused on meeting its long-term goals.
I highly recommend Michael for any position or endeavor that he may seek to pursue. He will be a valuable asset for any organization.
Michael is an extremely proficient web developer that is very personable. His positive attitude and technical knowledge are a great addition to any project. In addition, his solid work ethic and ability to meet tight deadlines makes Michael a valuable asset.
Michael is one of those people that every webshop needs. He's got the experience to make the right decisions on everything from server administration to customer interaction and all stops between. His work is always on time and right the first time. On the few occasions when things go haywire (as they tend to in this industry) Michael is one of those guys that works magic by getting things set straight so fast that no one notices there was a problem.
I've had the pleasure of working with Michael at Athlon Sports as well as Digome. Every team should count themselves lucky to have a developer like Michael on board.
I hired Mike for numerous projects on a contract basis over a 2-3 year basis. Mike is one of the most flexible and consistent developers I have worked with. Mike finds solutions to the business and development goals and is able to implement them within budget and deadline. Mike is a go-to guy for any of your web needs and will bring his resourcefulness, integrity and creativity to the table.
I have had the pleasure of working with Michael in two different companies and his performance in both was stellar! Of course he is a top notch developer, but he also has the unusual ability to help non-technical managers understand complex technical applications...something that any company should value.
Michael was our resident Drupal expert. He was at the heart of the launch of our highly visible CTSA portal. I was very impressed with his mastery of Drupal. He was creative in finding solutions and in bending Drupal to his will to meet the complex demands of the architecture and related systems that were part of that project. If you need deep knowledge of Drupal and related technologies (from web server setup up to jQuery and user interfaces) I recommend having Michael on your team.
